Seeds of Caring is thrilled to kick off our Summer Anywhere Projects for youth, ages 6-12! Each project includes step-by-step instructions, discussion prompts, and connections to local nonprofits, making it easy to add a meaningful service component to kids' summer days. All projects are group friendly, making them perfect for camps, clubs, neighborhood pals, you name it!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Registration is always free
- Easy-to-follow lessons about a community issue paired with a hands-on service project to help, all in 30-60 minutes. Watch this video that explains more about how Anywhere projects work.
- Coordination with a local nonprofit who is excited to receive the donations your kids create and share them with our community
- Flexible donation drop-offs from May 1–July 31
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- People, or staff, to lead the projects (ex:camp counselors)
- Purchase any needed supplies. Some of our summer projects can be completed with materials you already have on hand and others have supplies that would cost $1-4/child
- Deliver donations from May 1–July 31 according to the provided instructions
